The time had come for the Briarcliff Manor Education Foundation to redesign their website, but more pressing was the need for their website to be a workhorse for the organization, to support their fundraising efforts, process donations and ticket sales, create teacher tribute recognitions, and simplify the applications process for grants.

While the new website was getting an updated look to the front end the new functionality to the backend will free up the volunteers time manually processing these tasks to allow them to focus on the real task at hand. building donations.

The Non-For-Profit G-Suite account was 501(c)(3), validated.
Set up with all the volunteers individual emails and assigned global email per committees. G-Suite will become the centralized drive for documents, shared files per committee, Grant application forms, and all the other functionality that comes with the G-Suite account.


General Donations
All Donations can now be processed directly on the website. Records of all donations are easily downloaded in excel files.

Teacher Tribute Recognitions
Personalized e-cards can be created for up to 4 teachers per donation and emailed directly to the recipient by the donor. The e-cards and payments can all be completed without leaving the website. Records of all donations and the teacher recipients can be downloaded via an excel file.

Calendar to view upcoming events, ticketing and raffle ticket purchases can all be purchased and processed on the website with email confirmation. QR coded tickets are generated and emailed to the purchaser, making it simple for the volunteers to quickly check-in guests from their own phones. The phone event app is connected to the backend of the website tracking all guests in real-time.

Grant Applications
G-Suite forms were created to manage the grants application process. The forms are linked to the new website, can be saved and completed at a later date, files can be uploaded, and pdf’s are generated upon completion and sent to the appropriate volunteers on the committees for review.
